The panel of cabling down the side of each leg offer A LOT of stretch giving plenty of growing room for months or even years.

The pattern contains instructions for various styles including shorts, bloomers, capris/board shorts, and pants, as well as multiple cuff and ruffle styles.

Small(3-9 months)- 16-inch rise, 16-inch hips
