Language:
English (US terms)
Materials:
Worsted weight yarn - Orange color, 550m
Felt sheet in the colors - Red, White and Black (1 sheet each)
1 pair of 10mm eyes
Crochet hook size - 3.5mm
Stuffing
Darning or tapestry Needle
Sewing threads - Black, white and red
Scissors
Stitch marker
Size:
The finished toy measures 10.5” high and 9” wide.
Yarn:
I used two balls of reverse twist 4ply (also known as 6ply) acrylic yarn. (100gm = 275m/ball). You can use any yarn of your choice and select a suitable hook to achieve tight stitches so that the stuffing does not show through. The yarn weight and hook size will determine the final size of the toy.
The entire pattern is worked in continuous rounds.
You do not need to follow a gauge for this pattern.
Use a stitch marker at the beginning of each row/round to keep track of the number of stitches in each row/round
I recommend using invisible decrease technique in order to achieve neater stitches.
I recommend using a smaller hook size than recommended on the yarn label.
Please read the entire pattern before you begin making the toy.
