LA PLAINE, THE SOCKS!

I wrote this pattern after knitting the La Plaine shawl from La Boite A Mailles / Jenny Maillette. I wanted to knit something with my yarn leftovers so with her permission, here’s my “La Plaine, the socks!”.

Just for a note, I used almost all of my main color leftovers (which was also my main color for the shawl, 45/50g) so keep that in mind if you want to knit socks a little longer than mine using your own leftovers from La Plaine.
You will NOT have a lot more yarn than what I used to play with !

Notes

• These socks are knit from the toes up in rounds.
• The pattern shows instructions for 23cm feet.

Material

• 2.5mm circular needles

• Rows / tours counter

• Stitch marker

• Yarn needle

• Fingering sock yarn in 2 contrasting colors (Main Color MC (approximately 50g) and Contrast Color CC (approximately 25g)).
