This simple cardigan is a top-down raglan that is knit flat and seamless. The crewneck is shaped while working the yoke. The subtle back pleat gives a little extra room, which adds to the beauty of the finished piece. With the option to add buttons or an i-Cord closure, La Riga Cardigan will be an enjoyable piece to knit up and wear!

It is made with 1 - 2” / 2.5 - 5 cm of positive ease in mind.

Finished measurements for chest with 1 - 2 inch positive ease included:

81 (91.5, 101.5, 112, 122) (132, 142 152.5, 162.5) cm.

944 (1062, 1201, 1325, 1426) (1567, 1703, 1821, 1976) yards

As a fun fact, the name “La Riga” stems from the word “the line” in Italian. For me, the clean back loop ribbing of the lower body, sleeve cuffs, neck back and front bands makes this simple cardigan stand out.
