This lovely neck warmer got the name from the eyelet effect on the front and the waffle stitch looking like ladders in the straight part. This is a written pattern worked flat and is one piece.
Finished with a pretty scarf pin, you could use fancy buttons instead as snap fasteners hold the neck warmer together.

I used one 100gm ball of Stylecraft special Aran in gold colour
The purple photo was reflective yarn and knitted up looser than the gold, but very pretty.
