Lace Bandana
About the Project:
Lace Bandana is a simple bandana with the addition of beginner-friendly lace. The bandana utilizes simple knitting techniques and is a good addition to any outfit.
Size and Measurements:
Lace Bandana is a one-size-fits-most pattern, this could be adapted to be bigger or smaller by using different sized needles or heavier or lighter yarn. The final product is approximately 28” x 10” after blocking.
Materiels:
50g of sport or fingering weight yarn
US 4 - 3.5mm needles of choice
2 stitch markers
Gauge:
In garter stitch on US 4 - 3.5mm needles
22 sts / 42 rows = 4 x 4 in or 10 x 10 cm
Recommended Yarn:
Rauma Finullgarn - 120-200 yards
Note: Acrylic or plant-based yarn may not block as well
Techniques:
Cast on
Knit
Decreases - knit 2 together and slip slip knit
Increases - make 1 left and yarn over
Bind off
