This is a crochet cloche hat. The crown of the hat creates a hexagon shape with the look of 6 triangle wedges. The rest of the hat is a lace pattern. Ties on both sides, so that you can tie to one side.

You will need

Cat 4 Worsted medium weight yarn, for Uk: Aran 10ply
size J hook 6.0mm

1 skein of yarn 3.5 oz, or 160-200 yards ( you won’t use it all for this project)
