The size in this pattern is for small/medium (24 in measured under the breasts) and size medium/large (29 in), but can be made custom fit by adding stiches.
The top is closed with a button in the back, but there are also instructions for straps to tie it together instead of the button (makes it more adjustable and gives a better fit if the measurements are not perfect for you).
