This triangular shawl looks best worked in a heavy, drapey yarn, but feel free to use whatever you want. I am always prepared to be wrong. My shawl is quite small, just big enough to go around my neck and tuck into the collar of my coat, and takes almost a whole skein of the Blue Moon Marine Silk Worsted. If you want a bigger shawl this pattern can easily be expanded, just be sure you have enough yarn on hand.
