Lace Motifs Tablecloth
This is a pattern for a crochet tablecloth, made with mercerized 100% cotton yarn (category 3, DK) and a size F (3.75 MM) hook.
The tablecloth is made from round motifs that are joined together in the last round of each motif. Then the space between motifs is worked with fill-in lace. The tablecloth is 5 by 5 motifs and measures about 40 by 40 inches (after blocking).
Seven skeins of Grace by Paton’s yarn (100% mercerized cotton, category 3, DK), 952 yards, 350 grams are needed for this size. You can make your tablecloth bigger, for example, 6 by 6 motifs, but you will need more yarn.
The pattern can be easily adjusted to a bigger yarn. For example, you can make it 6 by 6 motifs.
The skill level for this scarf is advanced beginner. An advanced beginner should be able to make this tablecloth. I also have a video tutorial for this project on my youtube channel.
The pattern is written in English using the US crochet terminology.
