Materials:
• 9 oz (260 g) worsted weight yarn. Look for lighter worsted weight for a nice drape and look for lighter colors so the openwork stitches would show nicely.
• US I9/5.50 mm hook
• Tapestry needle

The shrug is made out of 8 squares joined as you go in the last rounds. Joining can be tricky, so I have included another joining option, which is sewing the squares together after all 8 squares are completed.

The pattern comes in only one size, but by adjusting the size of the squares with hook/yarn size you can adjust the size of the finished shrug. The size shown is a small/medium shrug.
