The Lace Socks pattern by Dean and Bean’s Sock Machines builds upon skill learned in our Simple Socks pattern. You should be comfortable with this pattern before working the Lace Socks. Our pattern includes the schematics for three different lace designs

To highlight the lace pattern, we recommend a smooth, uniform thickness sock yarn. Lighter, solid colors make the pattern easier to see.

This pattern is designed for use with the Dean and Bean’s Sock Machine 2.0. It can be adapted for use with other circular sock machines. You can adjust the pattern for any size cylinder - the 54, 60, 64, and 72 needle cylinders are the most common for socks.
