I forgot to list the abbreviation for Skop. To Skop (slip, knit, over, pass), slip the first stitch, knit the next stitch, yarn-over, then pass the slipped stitch over the knit stitch and yarn-over.

Using other headband patterns as a guide to proper length, I used a lovely stitch pattern from the book One Ball Knits - Accessories by Fatema, Khadija, and Hajera Habibur-Rahman and created a pretty headband with some yarn that was too itchy (but too pretty!) for much of anything else. Pattern includes two widths, 1 1/2” and 2 3/4”
