Lace Strip Cowl (Neck Warmer)
by Azure
My latest discovery--The greatness of neck warmers. Even on windy days you don’t have to fight with long tails of a scarf.
It stays put and keep you warm, and you can use it as a headband if you wish.
A single elegant lace for accent. Great for a quick but nice present!
ONE NOTE: CAST ON AND BIND OFF LOOSELY!
Optional: Crochet E hook for rim. You don’t absolutely need it, but it will help the cowl look a bit more even.
Matching Fingerless Gloves suggestion!
