U.S. 8 / 5mm needles (straight or circular 32” or longer, whichever you prefer)
~YARN~
Knit Picks Mighty Stitch
Or comparable worsted weight (#4) yarn
Approx. 850 yards (777 meters)
~GAUGE~
5sts and 7rows = 1” in stockinette
~ABBREVIATIONS ~
YO: yarn over
K2TOG: knit 2 together
SSK: slip slip knit
Sl1 purlwise: Slip first stitch of every row purlwise (results in a clean edge AKA selvedge edge)
PM: Place Marker (Every following row, move marker when you come to it)
~NEED~
Stitch Markers (2)
Darning Needle (for weaving in ends)
This pattern is worked in multiples of 11+11 (+ 16 for the border stitches)
