These adorable socks are started from the toe and knit up using the Bosnian toe method modified for a more conventionally shaped toe.

A Short Row heel with German Short Row (double stitch) technique instead of Wrap and Turn adds to the adventure.

The cuff is worked in a 6st lace repeat increasing to 8 stitches before a loose lace bind off, giving an attractive and feminine flared top.

Not only do you end up with a fantastic finished product, but along the way you can quickly pick up a couple of new sock knitting techniques.
But, if you already have a favorite toe-up start or short row method, these can, of course, be substituted.

Instructions are given for customizing size of sock.
