This pattern can be worked in dk yarn with a 5mm hook or in #10 crochet thread using a 2.25mm hook. The finished shawl worked in dk yarn measures ~7’ from wingtip to wingtip and ~3’ from the top of the mid-line to the bottom of the mid-line. The finished shawl worked in #10 thread measures ~5’ from wingtip to wingtip and ~2’ from the top of the mid-line to the bottom of the mid-line. This pattern was tested by the amazing Karen Meadows.
