This is a utilitarian glove, and the pattern is only for the left glove (no reason you can’t make two and turn one inside out). I found that when I worked with thread, I held it so tight it cut my fingers. Imagine watching TV while you worked lace, looking down, and seeing pink streaks because the thread cut through your skin!
No More! I simply run the thread through the dc groups, or holsters, worked into the glove, and wear it as I work. I can change how many holsters I run the thread through, and it changes my gauge. It keeps my stitches wonderfully even, you could see results right away.
My Lacy Lady Gloves were made using this glove, and I marked it’s maiden voyage with success!
