Laced Knee-High Socks
LACED KNEE-HIGH SOCKS
This design is based on wide legs to adjust with lacing in front. The socks are knee-high, but can be worked to any length you like.
See photos for boot-length, with outsoles joined to the bottom.
More info for the soles below.
One piece, toe to top.
The socks are worked with dc post-stitches, which turn a light sock-yarn into chunky, soft, stretchy, and warm socks.
Back-post dcs create the distinct front-section, imitating a tongue, running from toe to top.
