This pattern is for an 18” doll-sized skirt. It is worked back and forth in rows to create the “underwear”, and then it is worked in rounds for the waistline and skirt.

Note: This pattern calls for Size US 3 (3mm) needles. If you want it to fit a larger doll (such as a Build-A-Bear), use size US 6 (4.00mm) needles.
