I have added a picture tutorial on how to make the cardboard insert, that is padded and covered in fabric.

I have also added a picture tutorial on how to add the lace edging, and how to make a pinwheel bow. You won’t be disappointed with this design.

I used two strands of Red Heart Super Saver, and one strand for the lace edging. I used Satin Ribbon and torn fabric strips for the embellishments.
