I designed these dressy wrist warmers on a weekend long ago to wear at work. Worn under the cuffs with only the frilly lace showing no one ever caught on as to their purpose of keeping hands warm and fingers nimble for keyboarding.

The entire project is knitted in-the-round from the bottom up. The cuff consists of a cable and eyelet chain ribbing, and the ruffle is a petal-lace pattern finished with a picot edging.
The design takes advantage of the characteristics of the tight gauge of cable ribbing and then naturally opening up with the much wider gauge of lace creating a pretty ruffle in the process.

The knitting instructions are primarily charted with supporting instructions given.

Size:The finished size is approx. 2.5” (measured flat over cable pattern) by 6” bottom to top.
Materials: 1 Ball Fingering Weight Yarn. The pair in the picture were knit with sock yarn. You will use approx. 175 yards (160m) for the entire project.
Size 0 or 1 Double Pointed Needles or Circular Needles for magic loop technique.
