This is a crocheting pattern for a delicate looking, lacy pod bowl for perfect newborn baby photographs. Wrap your little one in the soft textures of a mohair blend yarn.

I use Moda Dea Dream yarn but you can use any soft, fuzzy, mohair blend yarn you like as long as it’s an aran or worsted weight.

This newborn lacy bowl has a loose weave so baby’s little fingers and toes can poke through. Pattern works up quickly because you will use a very large crochet hook.
