Lacy Lavande dress is worked bottom-up in 4 slightly asymmetric pieces, then seamed together at the sides and center front and back – from the right sides (decorative seams). Drop sleeve caps are worked together with the main body.

Bottom of the dress and side splits are decorated with lace hem in 2 different motifs (done after seaming!). Scoop neckline is also decorated with lace motif and additional crochet slip-stitch columns for more interest.
Due to the see-through nature of the fabric, the dress should be worn over a slip.

The pattern is written for 1 size: M-L (intended for bust circumference 92-96cm/36-38” with ~20 cm of positive ease) with recommendations on how to change the size.

MATERIALS & TOOLS
Yarn: 1700m/1850yds sport weight yarn (~280-320m/310-340yds per 100g/3.5oz) with high linen content (70%+)
The sample was knit out of Rodina Yarns ‘Lacy’ (100% linen, 160m/175yds per 50g/1.76 oz), colorway ‘Night Lavender’ & used 11 balls
Needles:
• 4-4.5mm/US6-7 for the main body (or size to get gauge!)
• 3.5-4mm/US4-6 for the hem (should get the same gauge as stockinette)
• 2.75mm/US2 for the neckband
Notions: crochet hook (same size as main needles, waste yarn, tapestry needle, scissors
Gauge in 10cm/4”, after wet blocking: 19-20 sts х 20 rows in stockinette (on main needles)

Платье состоит из четырех деталей, соединенных по центральной и боковым линиям корпуса. Нижние края деталей обрамлены ажурными оборками. Горловина круглая, обрамлена планкой с ажурным рисунком. Рукав выполняется как часть деталей корпуса платья.
