This is the 2nd skirt in my spiral skirt series. This one is great for worsted weight yarn. It features a open lace work pattern. The pattern was written in a way that you choose the measurement in length that you want from 12” to 21” long. Instructions given for an elastic waist

This skirt is made by making individual flounces on top of each other, then making the waist band along the wide ends of the flounces.
