*** I use no abbreviations in this DIY crochet project and made so many pictures, and I hope it will be very helpful for you! I was asked for an easy variant of this pattern for bigger hook many times, and here I tried to make it clear even for a beginner!***

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet
American terms

Size: approximately
60cm / 24” round
30cm / 12” height

Materials:
Yarn: soft cotton yarn (fingering, sport or light worsted), about 100-120g needed, and hook to obtain gauge. I like soft 100% cotton yarn because it keeps form perfectly.

Hook: the cowl on photo is made with 3.00mm hook. Hook 3,25mm (US D3/ UK 10) or 3.5mm (US E4/ UK 9), or 4.00mm (US G6/ UK 8) will also be OK, the pattern is adjusted.
