Note on the number of sts:
If you decide to cast on exactly 24 sts, the pattern will not work as it should - there won’t be enough sts a full repeat. What you need to do is skip the ** part and go simply: K5, YO, K5, SSK, K2TOG, K5, YO, K5 (that includes the frame).
