I wanted a coat that would be warm enough to wear in the late spring and early autumn. I’ve chosen black and white because I wanted something smart without losing the ‘wow’ factor. Here I have chosen many different patterns for the pattern panels, some of the motifs are gleaned from a variety of pattern books and thus subject to copy write. I have added a selection of my own pattern charts for you to follow. The jacket looks equally good using just one pattern for each panel and also in a multitude of colours.
