This is a ladies roll brim crusher hat that is quick and easy to crochet. Instructions to make it 22 inches around or 24 inches around, unstretched.

This pattern was originally published in 2006, using Patons Classic Merino Wool, but I recently updated it using a more readily available & less expensive yarn -- and eliminating almost all abbreviations. It is much easier for beginners to read and understand now.

The yarn and hook size listed will make an adult size hat, but if you wish to make this for a teen, tween, or even a child, I have done it successfully using dk weight yarn with an H hook and sport weight yarn with a G hook.
