Ladies Ruffles Necklace
Finally a simple but elegant necklace added to my patterns. This pattern is easy, works up fast and is well explained according to my testers. Every slightly adventurous beginner will be able to make this necklace without any problem. There are some front post stitches included for the flower, but if you are not familiar with them, don’t be scared. Youtube is full of videos showing how to do front post stitches. The rest is all really straightforward (the pattern is written in US crochet terms with a link to UK abbreviation translations).
You can make this necklace in any type of yarn with its correct hook. I used light fingering yarn of Made by ME in double strands and a 3.5/F hook for both the necklace as well as the flowers. My testers have used yarns varying from lace/3ply light fingering to sport/5ply yarn. I would not recommend a yarn much thicker than that unless you’d like your necklace to function as a neck warmer at the same time ;-).
The pattern is adjustable to your neck circumference and therefore appropriate for people of all ages and all sizes. I explain exactly how to make this necklace fit in the pattern itself.
Thank you so much and happy crochet!
