Lady Eavan is a tea length gathered skirt worked in timeless chevron, creating a statement piece suitable for any special occasion in your life. the solid hemline and waistband frame the delicate lace like a piece of artwork.
Please note, an underskirt is necessary for this skirt. Lady Eavan skirt can be worn over a slip, petticoat and/or tulle skirt.

1.75” (45 mm) wide non-roll elastic, st markers, scrap yarn, safety pin, darning needle, sewing needle and thread, blocking wires and/or pins.
