This was a fun hat that came about with me trying something and instead of it looking like what I was after it looked better. I am excited to share this pattern with you, as it is probably the most unique hat I have made.
This hat was completed on the 60 peg 1/2” gauge CinDwood loom, I used less than a skein of Lions Brand Homespun, and a little more than half a Skein of Red Heart Fur.
This hat uses the faux braid technique that uses no bind off or cast on method. It also uses short rows, wraps and turns, and adding stitches back to work a section.
