This adorable little chicken purse is stitched with a modified double crochet. The modified dc gives the fabric a very tight sturdy weave.
It works up quickly because it is dc.

Instructions are included to added zipper and fully line your purse.

Finished size:
10” wide head to tail and 5.25” from center top to bottom
