Lady in Lace
An easy to memorize lace pattern, minimal shaping in the sleeves, a boat neck with no shaping and exposed shoulder and armhole seams joined using Three-Needle Bind-Off. It can’t get much easier than that to get your summer knitting done than that! Originally published as a Classic Elite Yarns pattern, you can easily substitute Prism Yarns Clicket, Katia Concept Eliseo, or Valley Yarns Montague for the original Seedling. All are soft cotton yarns that will give you the comfy summer sweater you’re looking for.
This cropped top can be easily lengthened if you want something that falls below the high hip. Make sure to purchase extra yarn to compensate for the change in length.
