It comes with all of the instructions to make the beanie shown with a circle pattern if you would prefer to have circles instead of hearts for spots.

Lady LOVE Bug comes with lashes, twinkles in eyes, small flower, stripe down the back, black face, white smile, heart spots (or circle spots), ear flaps, braided tassels, and antennas.
