Ladybird crochet pattern

This measures about 3 cm tall and 9 cm in length, when made with double knit yarn. When I make this Ladybird I use the Black and Matador shades of Stylecraft yarn, but any two that go well together would work.

Materials
3.5 mm hook (US E hook)
Approx 5g red double knit weight yarn
Approx 5g black double knit weight yarn
Stuffing

Stitches needed:

• chain
• slip stitch
• single crochet (US) / double crochet (UK)
• decrease
• increase
