This ladybird outfit knitting pattern consists of a dress, decorated with ladybird motifs, around the bottom panel, and has a 3 buttoned fastening at the top of the back, the ladybird shoes are knitted in one piece and just slip onto the feet and are decorated with 2 buttons for eyes, there is a hairband, decorated with pom poms, to go with the outfit

MATERIALS USED
Approx 50 grms of DK knitting yarn (worsted weight US) in red, 25 grms black and white
1 pair (8 UK) (6 US) (4mm) metric knitting needles, and spare needles to hold work or size to achieve a tension of 5st to the inch, 3 buttons for back opening of dress, 4 small buttons for shoes, spare needles

Measurements
To fit an 18 inch doll such as American Girl, Gotz, and similar size doll
