Sweater is knit flat, with sleeves picked up and knit to cuffs. Front bands are knit separately, then sewn to sweater with fagoting stitch. Medallions are worked with a tapestry needle and buttonhole stitch. Final step is “weaving on border”, which is using the tangerine color to weave over and under the white and green stitches on the 1st and 25th row of color pattern.

Sweater requires 7 balls of White, 2 balls of Jade, 1 Ball Nile Green and 1 Ball Tangerine

Pleated skirt is knit in the round, on 4.5 MM needles. Requires 11 balls of Shetland Floss.
