Laera Top
Laera means learning. It is named for my fiber friends at knit night group. These awesome women taught and encouraged me, and set me on the path to becoming a knitter and designer. Laera is knit from the bottom up, with a wide lace hem and matching lace at the arms and neck.
Finished Size:
Chest: 3236, 40, 44, 48, 52 inches
Length: 1313.5, 14, 14, 14.5, 15 inches from cast on to underarm
Yarn: Any fingering to sport weight yarn, approximately 500-1000 yards. My 44” sample took 600 yards. The sample was knit in an 80/20 merino/bamboo yarn, hand-dyed by me.
Needles: US #5/3.75mm circular needle, 32 inches or longer for the body of the top (larger sizes may prefer a longer needle), and your preferred method to knit small circumferences in the round.
