Lakritsi, Finnish for licorice, is a quick knit hat that features colorwork inspired by various Finnish licorices and is designed to be worn with approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) of negative ease at the brim. While eating a bag of licorice while knitting is not required, I find it to be quite a delightful way to spend the afternoon.
