PATTERN NOTES:

This cowl is knit in the round with the ends grafted together to hide the floats and create a double thickness.

  • It begins with a provisional cast-on such as a crochet cast-on method with waste yarn.

  • When working the slip stitch pattern sections, the MC yarn is dropped and all MC stitches are slipped with CC at back of work.

  • The provisional cast-on in waste yarn is carefully undone to place the live stitches onto a second set of needles for grafting using the Kitchner stitch method.
