Laminae Tee

I had this kit of yarn from Laines Péché Mignon for a year, patiently waiting for the perfect project to knit, I wanted a stripy sweater, but different from the others. I had the idea of a tee with textured stripes, that reminds me of the spinal column (lay down view of course)! The vertebral lamina is located at the back of the vertebra and makes the link between the transverse process and the spinous process, Laminae is the plural of lamina!

Laminae Tee

J’avais cet ensemble de laine de Laines Péché Mignon depuis un an qui attendait patiemment le projet idéal pour se faire tricoter, je voulais un chandail à rayures, mais différent des autres. J’ai eu l’idée d’un t-shirt aux rayures texturées, motif qui me rappelle la colonne vertébrale (vue de côté bien sûr)! La lame vertébrale se trouve à l’arrière de la vertèbre et fait le lien entre le processus transverse et le processus épineux, Laminae est le pluriel de lamina qui signifie lame!
