I love an over sized slouch hat. I designed this hat, before I totally understood brioche ribbing but wanted to achieve a similar look. So, this pattern is a Brioche FREE pattern. This is definitely a hat for freezing or below temperatures.

To make this hat you will need some super chunky yarn. I have used Lions Brand, Wool-Ease, Thick and Quick. TWO balls are needed. You will not use all of the two ball to make one hat. I find I can make two hats with three balls of yarn.
