Langø Mittens are worked with a wide ribbed cuff and a hand and thumb in stocking stitch. When the cuff is finished increases are made for the thumb. Then the stitches are divided for thumb and hand. The hand is worked with decreases at the top. And finally the thumb is worked.

Doublepointed needle: 4 mm
Stitch holder or a small amount of waste yarn for the thumb.
Using the magic loop- technique you can work the project using an 80 cm (or longer) circular needle.

TENSION
20 sts and 28 rows in stocking stitch using 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm (measured after washing).
