The Tea Collection Vol II by Clare Devine
This hat is part of The Tea Collection Vol II - a collection of 12 hats inspired by the glorious tea selection at Pekoe Tea in Edinburgh. The full collection can be viewed HERE.
Spring in full bloom …
The days get longer, the warmth from the sun lingers, the trees blossom and the promise of summer is on the horizon. Inspired by spring flowers and happy days this hat blends pretty eyelets and mini cables for a delicate twist on the cabled hat.
This yarn has a wonderful handle and is an utter delight to knit with, the subtle halo works beautifully with the structure of the cables. The natural base colour of the yarn mingles marvelously with the shimmering colour created by Jess.
Inspired by Lapacho tea from Pekoe Tea in Edinburgh and the glorious flowers of the Pau d’arco tree.
