The Lapis Sweater is worked top down with stockinette stitch with neck, shoulders and ribbing with double ribbing. First the turtleneck is made, and then the stitches are divided into saddle shoulders, back- and front piece. These tree parts are put together at the end to create the body. The body is worked in the round with stockinette stitch and is finished with a broad ribbing edge, which is bound off with Italian bind off. The sweater has straight sleeves without decreases in double ribbing, which is also bound off with Italian bind off. The sweater is assembly-free.
