Lapponia knit vest
The Lapponia vest is worked from the bottom up. The body is worked in the round , then the work is divided into front and back, and each section is finished separately by working back and forth.
This vest has no seams.
The SIZES S M L XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 82-86 (90-94) 98-104 (108-112)
The model on the photos has a size M (92 cm of bust circumference)
Total Length: 50(51) 52 (53) cm
Suggested needles: 8 mm(US size 8) ,40 cm (16 inches) circular needles.
Gauge : 10 cm × 10 cm = 10 sts × 14 rows in stockinette stitch.
Materials:
Approx 220/ 250/290/330 grams of super bulky yarn Alaska( one ball 100 gr/96 m/ 105 yards) brand Emmebimanifattura
I’ve used a yarn supplied from
EMMEBIMANIFATTURA an Italian brand.
For the blue vest I used a super bulky yarn supplied from Merceria Vintage
This vest has been designed to have approx 6-10 cm of negative ease
