An egyptian cotton shrug for all occasions!
It is very well worn on an elegant dress thanks to the lace edge which gives it that little touch of femininity, but also easily worn on a pair of jeans, in casual or sporty outfits! It is a very versatile and highly used garment!

Sizes
S (M, L, XL) shown in S size on a 85 cm (33.45”) bust.
Bust Circumference: S 84-86 cm (33-34”), M 90-94 cm (35.5-37”), L 96-99 cm (38.5-39”), XL 101.5-104 cm (40-41”).

Materials

• Borgo de’ Pazzi Giza (50 g/1.7 oz, 125 m/136 yd, 100% cotton): 190 (210, 225, 235 ) gr, 475 (525, 563, 588) mt of Dk yarn, col. 22.
• Needles: 3.5 mm US4 80 cm 32” long circular needles or straight needles for the body, and/or a dpns set for the smaller circumferences as the sleeves. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
• Other: Stitch Marker for to mark the beginning of the sleeve round, Tapestry needle, Scissors.

Gauge
18.5 sts and 25 rnds = 10 cm 4” in Stockinette Stitch after blocking.

Pattern Notes
This Shrug is worked back and forth, with a small seam on the sides to create the armholes; while the sleeves are picked up from the armhole and worked in the round.

Un coprispalle in cotone egiziano per tutte le occasioni!
Sta molto bene indossato su un abito elegante grazie al piccolo bordo pizzo che gli dona quel tocco di femminilità, ma è altresì facilmente indossabile su un paio di jeans, in tenuta “casual” o sportiva! E’ un capo molto versatile e di largo utilizzo!

Taglie
S (M, L, XL) mostrato in taglia S con un busto che misura 85 cm.
Circonferenza busto: S 84-86 cm (33-34”), M 90-94 cm (35.5-37”), L 96-99 cm (38.5-39”), XL 101.5-104 cm (40-41”).

Materiali

• Ferri: circolari da 3.5 mm US4 con cavo da almeno 80 cm 32” o dritti per il corpo, e/o un set di ferri a doppia punta se li preferite nelle circonferenze più piccole come le maniche e per il bordo del corpino che viene lavorato in tondo. Aggiustare la misura dei ferri se necessario per ottenere il campione corretto.
• Altro: Marcapunt0 per segnare l’inizio del giro nelle maniche, Ago da lana.

Note del Pattern
Questo coprispalle è lavorato in piano, con una piccola cucitura sui fianchi per creare il giro manica; mentre le maniche sono riprese dal giro manica e lavorate in tondo.
