Larch Slippers are a DK weight version of the Larch Peds, for when you want a squishy warm slipper sock!

Larch Slippers have a lined cuff, arch shaping, a princess sole and utilize Lola’s Pick Up line for a no-fuss heel flap! These are some well fitting slippers that are sized for the whole family!

There are two main construction differences between the Larch Peds and Larch Slippers:

1. The cuff lining is worked in stockinette stitch not ribbing.
2. The sole is worked with the purl stitches to the outside so that the smooth knit stitches connect with the sole of your foot. This is known as a princess sole, and is lovely in larger gauge knit socks.

125 (155, 200, 235, 280, 330, 380, 430, 470) yards (115 (142, 183, 215, 257, 302, 348, 394, 430) meters) DK or Worsted weight yarn (you can also use Fingering weight yarn held double, should you do this you need to double the yardage required)

Yarn Used:
Jill Draper Makes Stuff, Barstow; (100% Dorset); 425 yards 389 meters/ 4 oz 113 grams (held double)
OR
Lang Yarns, Twin Soxx 8-ply; (75% Wool, 25% Nylon); 350 yards 320 meters/ 5.29 oz 150 grams

Ndl A- 1 set US Size 3 3.25 mm double-pointed needles OR long
circular needle, or one size smaller than needed to obtain gauge
Ndl B- 1 set US Size 4 3.5 mm double-pointed needles OR long
circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
Approx. 30 inches 76 cm stitch saver
Tapestry needle, removable stitch marker, stitch markers
