Large Amigurumi Doll
by Dawn Pearson
This pattern is for the body of the doll with minimal sewing.
Pattern came about because a friend of mine wanted her grandkids to have large zombie dolls. The original smaller design I made years ago she had seen shared on my blog here. This time, I upped the ante, making the doll much larger and adding more dimensions to the ends of the sleeves and pants, in an effort to give a “shredded” effect.
Finished doll will average 10 - 11 inches tall by 8 1/2 inches wide.
I recommend using worsted weight yarn for construction and marking the beginning of your rounds for ease of checking where you are at.
